ABSTRACT
This invention relates to improvements in scalp cooling devices particularly adapted for use in cooling the scalp adjacent permanent waving heaters. The principal object of this invention is the provision of a simple and conveniently operable scalp cooling device whereby the cool air may be quickly and definitely directed to the overheated portion of the scalp to immediately relive the objectionable heated condition.
